Frequently Asked Questions
How should I choose the UPS capacity?
Start with the measured continuous load, startup or peak demand and expected expansion. DAXIN ENERGY can review the load list and recommend a practical operating margin.
How is battery runtime determined?
Runtime depends on load, battery voltage, battery capacity, battery age, temperature and inverter efficiency. Share the required backup duration and normal load for a project calculation.
Can this UPS work with a generator or remote monitoring system?
Generator and monitoring compatibility depends on the selected model and configuration. Confirm generator capacity, frequency stability and the required RS-232, RS-485, USB, Modbus or SNMP interface before ordering.

FAQ:
How Does the 11-H1kVA Online UPS Work?
During normal operation, the online double-conversion architecture converts incoming AC power to DC and then reconstructs regulated AC power through the inverter for the connected load.
If utility power is interrupted or moves outside the supported operating range, the battery continues supplying the DC bus so the inverter can maintain output without a mains-to-battery transfer delay.
When acceptable utility power returns, the UPS resumes normal operation and the charging system restores battery capacity according to the configured charging parameters. Is the DAXIN 11-H1kVA a true online UPS?
Is the DAXIN 11-H1kVA a true online UPS?
Yes. The 11-H1kVA uses true online double-conversion topology to provide continuous conditioned output power to connected loads.
What is the power capacity of the 11-H1kVA UPS?
The 11-H1kVA is rated at 1000VA/900W, providing an output power factor of 0.9.
Does the 1kVA online UPS have zero transfer time?
The specified mains-to-battery transfer time is 0ms because the load is continuously supplied through the online inverter architecture.
Can the UPS work with a generator?
Yes. Generator compatibility is supported, subject to generator output quality, capacity and the final UPS configuration.
Does the UPS support remote monitoring?
Yes. RS-232 and USB communication are available, while optional SNMP network management can support remote UPS monitoring.
Is a long-runtime battery configuration available?
Yes. Standard and long-run configurations are available. Battery capacity and runtime should be selected according to load power, required backup time and project requirements.
For 1-3kVA UPS: Output power capacity will be derated to 80% when the UPS is set to CVCF mode (Constant Voltage Constant Frequency) or when the output voltage is set to 208VAC.
For 6/10kVA UPS: Output power capacity will be derated to 60% when the UPS is set to CVCF mode, and derated to 90% when the output voltage is set to 208VAC.
Parallel Redundancy: The standard models listed above do not support redundant parallel operation.
Voltage Compatibility: Output voltage settings of 200/208/220/230/240VAC are only applicable to long-run models.
