II. Customer Challenges

  1. Unstable Grid Supply
    Grid instability, voltage fluctuations, and unexpected power outages can disrupt industrial production and business operations.
  2. High Peak Electricity Costs
    High electricity prices during peak-demand periods increase operating costs for factories and commercial facilities.
  3. Limited Solar PV Self-Consumption
    Surplus electricity generated by rooftop and distributed solar PV systems cannot always be consumed immediately, resulting in potential energy waste.

The project deploys multiple 125kW / 261kWh all-in-one liquid-cooled energy storage cabinets using a modular parallel architecture. The system can be expanded according to factory load requirements and integrated into a Solar PV + Energy Storage + Grid hybrid power system.

The closed-loop liquid-cooling system maintains battery cell temperature differences within approximately ±2°C, helping improve thermal consistency and system performance under Moldova’s demanding climatic conditions.

The system is factory preassembled with BMS, PCS, EMS, TMS, and fire protection systems, significantly reducing on-site installation and commissioning requirements. Once delivered, the system primarily requires electrical and communication connections.
